Nonsense Words - Think Blots and Other Tentacled Over-reaching Mishaps

Today's unknown expression of the week is 'think blots',... which is basically when someone attemps to just dump their vapid, mishapen thoughts in front of you and hope that they masquerade as contribution. They're similar to ink blots, but they're far messier and typically terrible to clean up, if the idea darkening the page is actually given any actionable weight. lol.

Funny Slang - Getting Snark-Garbled and Other Dirty Language

This unknown word of the day is 'snark-garbled' which is when someone is being mildly snarky or cleverly pugnacious but while doing so they are calling out over their shoulder while walking away, usually into an office or another room separate from the person (or people) they are calling back to so what they are saying becomes muffled, either by the environment, or because of background noise... and so it sounds like another word or phrase (becomes lost in translation due to ambient audio issues) ... usually ending up sounding like a bad word. Example:

"Man, you guys are vicious!"

...ends up sounding like...

"Man, you guys are b*tches!"

Random Words of the Day - Contribution Pollution

Today's unknown expression of the moment is 'contribution pollution',... which is actually an overarching category of other specific words (and actions) whereby someone will present ill defined ideas either in the wrong context or will misuse concepts completely in their attempted contribution (either out of ignorance or just from their own desire to listen to themselves talk), leading to a complete disruption of the actual topic at hand, or (at the very least) some quizzical looks and mild confusion on the part of onlookers.

Random Words of the Day - Pop Vultures and Other Carrion Cradling Critters

This interesting word of the moment is 'pop vulture',... which is someone who feeds off of the dead remnants of the latest deceased, or in some cases nearly deceased pop culture trends in an attempt to augment their own relatability or social appeal. Tired of your co-worker beating the 'winter is coming' reference into the ground? They might be a pop vulture.
